I'm Filip Gocek (Azathoth) — an Onsite IT Support Engineer based in Edinburgh (EH6 7HS) with 20+ years in end-user support, Windows and Linux environments, networking, and device diagnostics.

From founding Azath-IT as Owner / IT Engineer, through repair and field roles at Zonal and Daisy Group, strategic engineering at Allvotec, to onsite support at Atos (2021–present): clear communication, practical fixes, professional service on site.
